First things first. We’d like to get to know you, and you need to get to know us before committing to our gym. We’re looking for a very specific type of client here:

  1. You must be coachable and willing to listen, even if it’s not what you want to hear.
  2. You must be willing to show up and do the work.
  3. You must value yourself enough to invest in yourself.
